This will be a lot of long intervals at with some shorter harder intervals added the the second half. The goal is to increase ftp and gradually increase weekly TSS scores
Ride Fit Local Rollers- modified TSS 71 IF .86 (Workout - MRC)

2 by 20 minute intervals at 2% slope FTP Test Prep (Workout - PPSMRX)
Tempo Workout 4 by 10 at Zone 3 60 min (Workout - MRC)

Import this schedule from within PerfPRO Studio to view the remaining workouts.
Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
Click on the "Schedule Options" button then select "Import Schedules / Training Plans from the Web".
A window will open showing the above schedules.
Click on one or more schedules then hit the Import button.
You will then be prompted to complete the information for each schedule and a start date.
The calendar entries and all associated workouts are then imported for you.
