2 weeks of introductions, 3 weeks of VO2 work, 8 weeks of Threshold work, 4 weeks of VO2 work and 3 final weeks of Neuromuscular/Anatomical Adaption work.
If this si started on 28th October, the plan falls nicely with a week's break over Christmas/New Year
