Trainer sessions for Mondays 2019-2020. 2 weeks of introductions, 3 weeks of VO2 work, 8 weeks of Threshold work, 4 weeks of VO2 work and 3 final weeks of Neuromuscular/Anatomical Adaption work. If this si started on 28th October, the plan falls nicely with a week's break over Christmas/New Year

Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
  • You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
  • Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
  • Click on the "Schedule Options" button then select "Import Schedules / Training Plans from the Web".
  • A window will open showing the above schedules.
  • Click on one or more schedules then hit the Import button.
  • You will then be prompted to complete the information for each schedule and a start date.
  • The calendar entries and all associated workouts are then imported for you.
