I'm unable to get through the TrainingPeaks authorization process. Why?
This is likely a cache issue with the built-in IE browser so it may need to be cleared out.
Edit your athlete profile in Analyzer and go into the Web Accounts section. Down below click on the link, "Clear Internet Explorer Cache/Cookies" link...
Clicking the link opens up the IE "Delete Browsing History" window. When that happens you can likely check everything in the list since odds are you are not likely using IE11 anymore on a daily basis. The highlighted options in the image below are the most important though...
When that's done let Windows do it's thing then click OK in the Internet Properties window.
Shut down and restart Analyzer then go back into editing your athlete profile. That should then allow you to get through the authorization process. Contact support if you are still stuck.
