This is mainly aerobic stuff so I'd say set your FTP at 330ish to make sure your heart rate isn't going too much above 160bpm.

Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
  • You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
  • Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
