I get a server error when uploading to TrainingPeaks.

You'll need to upgrade PerfPRO to the latest version and authorize all athlete's TrainingPeaks accounts within Analyzer. TP changed how 3rd party apps connect to their site so an update was put in place back in December 2016 to accommodate that change. TP then turned off the old method completely at the end of March 2017.
